• Access details (Zoom links, schedules, and joining instructions) are sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number within 1–2 hours after successful registration and payment.

• In case you do not receive the joining link, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, or contact us directly.

Downloadable Resources (eBooks, PDFs, Recorded Videos, Templates, etc.)

• Download links are shared immediately upon successful payment via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

  • Member portal or course dashboard (if login access is provided)

• Links are typically valid for a limited time period or number of downloads, depending on the product.

Physical Products (If Any)

Currently, we do not offer any physical products. However, if we introduce merchandise or physical materials in the future:

• Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Shipping times will vary depending on the delivery location.

• Tracking details will be shared via email.
